95% are too broke to pay attention. They live cash advance to cash advance, or payday loans.

Yes they are so the company can hang you out to dry if need be. They aren’t mandatory. Do you really want to give them that option worst case scenario?

A driver cam won’t help you, don’t let the company tell you those lies saying it’s to help you.

To be honest i dont care. I have one facing me all day long. They use it against me , if i dont come to complete stop at stop sign or following to close or speeding to fast. The stop sign one is the only one i ever get. Sometimes its hard to completely stop when theres a nice opening before a #### ton of traffic comes , u just got to go for it. I always get the call the next day about it. Oh well. Its their truck not mine they do what they want with it. If i had my own truck id have cameras facing forward and down the sides and behind my truck and behind my trailer as well, id have one facing me as well. Maybe from different angles. These stupid ppl we drive next to will do everything they can to put the blame on us, but cameras dont lie. Just make sure the camera doesnt tell on urself

Don't even get me started on that! I'm balding and I already had to have a mega (when i started) shave my armpit hair. It was so embarrassing and degrading. Ive never done drugs and don't look like someone who might have... I think a pee test should suffice. I think now the hair testing is mandatory.

Then it feels like you're a criminal if you ask the recruiter if they do hair testing...

I think they're just trying to get our DNA sample one way or another, since people aren't rushing to signing up to 23andme etc

Wait ... you drivers are bullied?

    What is this, elementary school.

This is why you guys get this crap thrown on you, you are your own worst enemy, refusing to report bad behavior, accepting crap drivers who cause the problems for all of you. It isn't because we are in a perfect world and the government wants to do this because they are just being mean, there is a reason, and it is drivers won't do a thing about bad behavior,

I see this crap too, yesterday going home, I am on I96 coming out of Detroit as the morning rush started and there is an idiot driver who just passed a "Trucks two right lanes" sign, in the left lane doing 75, swerving a bit and it looked like he was preoccupied with his tablet or phone. I sent the video from my dash cam to his company with a complaint, but I bet drivers in other trucks just stared and shook their heads not even consider doing anything.

This is the reason a lot of companies are using front facing cameras.
Police release dashcam video of Jorge Espinoza moments before his semi plowed through police cars. He had placed his wallet semi over the camera. Was looking at a xrated picture website obviously and did not notice stopped traffic or cop cars in the road, plowed into them and killed an officer. He denied being on his phone, but video tape proved otherwise.
Dashcam Video: Truck Driver Allegedly Looking at Phone at Time of Fatal Crash

This is why more companies are using them. But again, how can this be used against them in a lawsuit. They were (police) able to pull up other occasions he was on the phone while driving.

    This is a Youtube video.
