    I thought it was "sweep".

I was eating an apple pie with ice cream and caramel on top so my mind was in a different place :p

If i did get a girl pregnant I wonder how did she find me when i never told her what company I drove for.....

Got a phone call today from my DM. He said they are going to let it go since I didn't get a citation and I verified with him that the person who called about me (pregnant girlfriend?) didn't give a name but according to my dm, I don't think they really care.

If they get the call, regardless if they give a name or not, they WILL ask you about it.

Now I can officially SWEEP it under the rug. ;)

I ate the chocolate chip cookie and vanilla ice cream from country pride one day about 2 months ago......MY GOD! I cannot ever again. The bathroom became my friend.

Kinda like if you have nothing to hide, let the cop search your vehicle. LOL Yeah right.

If you're not in an accident, good luck getting them.

If I got fired without proof of any wrongdoing, I'd soak up as much unemployment on the company's dime that the state would allow me.

No actually not the same to cop does not have the right to access your vehicle without reasonable suspicion of you commiting a crime, the trucking company owns the vehicle, its theres to do with as they please.
So 1 is against your constitutional rights the other is not, so not even the same. Since the inside of the cab can be seen from any vantage point on the highway there is not any expectation of privacy, and that's what gives them the right to record without your permission.

Problem with recording phone calls depending on the state, it takes the permission of all parties to record them legally, so if you record without permission then you cant use it anyway. Companies that even call you and have the recording that states all calls are recorded for what ever reason, when they come on tell them you do not consent to being recorded on the phone and they have to stop or disconnect the call.
cameras are different if they are recording in an area where it is viewable from a public place like a highway or sidewalk for examples. No Presumable privacy..
