That crst contract will go on your credit score. You do have the option to make monthly payments but even if you dp that no major carrier will take you on. I was terminated by them 3 months in for a load shift accident when there was msg on Qualcomm of the d.m telling me i was not allowed to check for loaf securement. Accident wasn't even reported on my csa or dacs not even sure how that was possible. Im with a small mom and pop company. Oh by the way my term was in Feb 2015 they didn't come after me until late 2016 early 2017.
I never went without a driving job even with that contract over my head.

I got my license through them in 2015. I have still not been contacted about it. it is not on my credit score and none of the companies I have never applied for or looked at has given a crap about CRST.

I also want to point out that companies do not pull your credit score. Your credit does not matter in a hiring process. To look at my credit for a job they can screw off.

Companies only talk to the other companies to verify work history. When you have incidents like that with a company that do go on your safety profile with the company and it is possible that CRST was giving other companies your safety profile also which stated you had that load securement issue.

Also firing you for a load securement issue just sounds like an excuse because they wanted to get rid of you.
Secondary thought. If they proceed you for money you should talk to a lawyer to see if there's anything that can be done. If they fired you that sounds like a broken contract on their end because you were unable to fill your 10-month obligation because of them. just something to think about I have no clue if that would work or not

Yea thatcredit acore thing was unrelated to the job. Crst sends them a copy of a non compete agreement when a company does the employment verification.
