I’ll be traveling to Fort Worth TX next week and need recommendations on a dyno, mechanic for a inspection and looking to do 3 axle alignment.
Any suggestions or anything else I might be missing.
I already have my prayers, crossed fingers and money saved (hopefully to keep most of it lol)

Who did you buy from? I was considering Patriot Trucks but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I’m leasing from Lone Mountain.
I’m from FL and don’t know anyone in TX. -

For best advice, tell us a little bit about the truck your wanting to buy....... engine, specs, mileage, year etc etc etc...

Yes I will...

Using insite, I'd have the mechanic bring up the regen history of the engine and look for how often it is doing a burn.... too often means something is wrong and it hasnt been burning properly.
Give cummins the serial number for warranty claim history and look for excessive claims or rebuilds.
Maybe go join rawze.com as that forum is primarily focused on the isx as well, a bad engine can put a new owner operator out of business instantly.
I bough a 2008 pete and 1 month later the engine blew, $50,000cad to rebuild...... can you afford that if it happens? If not then maybe take the time to really have that motor looked at hard. I wish I had back then.A5¢ Thanks this. -
Thanks for the detailed info, truly appreciate it. I’m doing good financially but won’t like to start spending that amount of money by any means.
Let’s see if I get any leads on mechanics and Dynos in the area!
