Just brainstorming..but what are the ratings on your drive tires? 12 or 14 ply. What psi? If they are 14 ply you could let some air psi out, especially if you had 105 to say 110 cold. I have ran 95 psi lots of times with no ill effects. Not saying it will make it ride a lot better, but at this point every little bit helps. Also are they caps or virgin tires? I am not a fan of caps on my truck..( haven't had caps on my trucks since early 80's) once .Heck i don't even like them on the trailer lol.

They ride rough.
I get new tires every year before winter kicks in. I don't have bags under my cab. Only the suspension has them. -
I agree about the taller tires as mentioned, more air volume, more cushion, why I preferred 24.5 rubber.
Suspect tires are at least part of the problem and one you should rectify.
The tires should be the same height front and back, frame needs to be level for suspension to work properly.
Just a thought.
Have you played around with the 5th wheel at all?
Sometimes one or 2 notches one way or the other can make a big difference.
If you're too far from centre of the tandems it can cause a rough ride.Muddydog79 Thanks this. -
I dont think mine is near as bad as yours. Mine is just rough compared to some of the other trucks ive driven, but not bad enuff to consider selling.

All of our trucks get new rubber every winter. -
Mike Beckett says setting the caster at 2 degrees helps with the front end ride. Alot of modern trucks have caster set at 5 degrees at the factory.
