Well this will be a new job. I'm guessing they expect me to use my own discretion whether to run it in the snow or not. Thanks for your response.

The only reason it is a hell highway is because you have idiot who don’t read the big orange flashing sign that reads “ALL TRUCKS MUST CHAIN UP”

They just blow by it and usually crush a 4wheeler or put their truck off a cliff.
For the literal 10 minutes it takes to throw a set of chains it makes the world of a difference.

It's a hill like all hills, a tad big a bit steep and has avalanches on it. On tv every night with imported drivers failing to use chains, don't know how to attach a tow hook and so on. No wonder it's TV.

To be afraid of a highway here or there or anywhere is to stand akimbo and laugh. You either drive it or stay on the porch.

As far as I am concerned, it's a nice little pass with a snowshed for a treat. The drop on it is about 8% give or take a little not that much steeper than standard 7% us interstate engineering. Almost bleah. Boring, throw the jake on, redline it and proceed.

Anyone can be scared of anything, but the best of us just roll on over it. The rest would be lying if they didnt have some fear of something out there.

Its more the drivers than the road. Drove down to Mission for the Chrome for Kids show and shine couple weeks back. 120 km/h limit and you've got ####tards doing 95 km/h side by side in perfect conditions. Apparently keep right except to pass means nothing. I was passing everyone on the right.
