Sounds like you had it unplugged from the truck then. Otherwise it would have saved the event until you logged on with your phone..

 

Talk to your company about the missing driving event. They will be able to see the unclaimed event on their main administrative screen.

They will also be able to see it it had become disconnected..

If it’s truly their piece of junk ELD causing you to get fined.. I’d be telling them that they have a ticket to pay.

 

Nothing will be on your DL..

It will be on your PSP for 3 years..

Try not to get too many of these violations on your PSP because eventually it will decrease your hire ability. I really hurts your Carrier more than you if you have a lousy PSP record.

For now don’t worry.. Wear it like a badge of honor
