    You are correct my friend. Let me tell you something brother. This new route is a dream vacation. I’m loving it. No slow downs whatsoever.

    @Kstrong86
    I'll be looking for you tomorrow. Will be running across the Panhandle to Lafayette, La.

    You run a CB?? I hardly ever turn mine on, but I'll keep it on, just in case I see an all white AAA sleeper. I'll holler at ya.

    You ain't lying! I see the SEF guys running around downtown and some other stops we go to with a 24' box truck. I see them smiling at me when they're pulling out with a wave. Thought they were just being friendly! Seriously though, I enjoy the heck out of a challenge, and enjoying it tremendously.

    I've been working so much lately, been too tired to get on the puter at night, but I'm trying. I've been assigned the city route which is pretty large. Have been out on SRS and Ft.Gordon, been doing those for years, so getting around there is okay for me. Monday was my first by myself and I had 15 stops, no pickups. All but one of those stops were new ones for me, so thats a lot of planning before getting in and out, etc. Started on the dock at 3am, left by 8 for deliveries and managed to make it back to the terminal by 5pm. A few tight spots, one or two blindsides and didn't run over anything! Total miles, about 65. I sure love that, spent more time out and about than actually driving, and probably even more time backing up than driving too. Today I had 17 bills and a pickup, only two stops had I been to before. Got back on the yard at 6. Backup skills are improving, lol. I'm skating around in an 04 Volvo with about 950k on it, meritor 10 spd single axle. Under-powered, but it'll turn around in almost the same places I can get my personal vehicle. I was practically begging to get on a route by myself, I feel the pace of learning picking up faster without someone else riding along. I'll try tomorrow to get some pics when I can.

    @Matt1924 2004 volvo with 950k, thats not bad at all. When I was working at Estes the truck I had was a 2001 international with over 1 million miles o_O. Man everything rattle on the truck, it didn't have no power, the ac would sometimes work, the doors wouldn't lock and the mirror would shake so bad while driving.:D mudflaps would go missing every 2 weeks along with the book where you can find the truck insurance ifta paperwork and everything else you need. I gotta tell ya it sure was an adventure rolling with Estes equipment. If anything a very humble experience:). Also is AAA already ELD compliance or you guys still riding with aorbd.
