Looks like an old Prime truck.... Fontaine did produce a few detective 5th wheels around that time 12-13.

Defective in latching only, once latched they were ok but still it was something that could be caught if visually checked...

I rode my bicycle from that TA up to a car show they were having in Golden a few years back. If you carry a bike with you, there are miles and miles of great paved paths to ride on just a mile from the TA. It was 47mi to Golden and back.

47 miles, would it look bad to call a tow truck, for a bicycle, or would it be better to throw it in the ditch and hitch hike. I am pretty sure I would have chose one of the two, before I got back. lol

20mi up to Golden then relax, grab a bite, a couple beers, look at cars and meet new people. Then, 20mi back with a detour through town, not really pushing hard but making sure the vascular system gets a nice stretch and flush.

    Lepton1 and tucker Thank this.

More like 20 miles up to golden (if I make it), drink several beers, look a cars, choose one to steal to get back to truck, leave bike in place, so I never make that mistake again. lol

    Lepton1, Cattleman84 and HoneyBadger67 Thank this.

My longest ride to date was 72mi around Indianapolis. Parked at the hook and found the trail just up the road. Stopped by the art museum, gawped at the machinery at the state fair (I was a carnie years ago) and found a dive to eat at.

I used to ride bicycles, but I bought a moped when I was 9 and my first car when I was 13 and so far have not been without powered wheels since. lol

It will work just fine in low gear. It may take some time but it will work. In the winter I shutter thinking about that situation. Person experience sited.

Oh ok. That is very bad news. I thought tires were buckled under trailer dropping on them.
