One of the guys said shoot for less than 15 mins per stop. So that could be 3-4 an hour depending on time apart. I know I’ve got 17 today and 4 pickups I should be done by 5.

What’s going on fellas. Sorry so late been busy and haven’t had the time to get on here lately. You know with this vacation run and all kind of forgot what to do with all this free time lol. It’s going great. I love. I get about 5-6 hours at the house every day now sometimes less just depends. But no more heavy traffic and it’s just a smooth ride. I do run a CB but majority of the time it’s off. I only have it on going through major cities or when it’s a traffic jam. Nobody really talks on that thing. And if I’m on it I’m probably cussing some dummy out texting and driving or something. Man oh man that city work doesn’t sound like fun. But I’m glad you are enjoying it and getting the hang of it. Also glad you are finally on your own. Being on your own is a great thing. You work at your own pace and style. So glad things are working out for you. Yea this my home and I’m so thankful I found AAA Cooper when I did. I was going to go O/O but the doors to heaven open up with this gig.

I saw a couple of white sleepers going east this morning, one would have been going through Tallahassee about 0700, the other was about 30 minutes behind him. I called out for them, but neither answered. Saw another one later in the morning between Pascagoula and Gulfport, but I didn't think it would be you since it was later in the day (noon or so Eastern Time). By then, I had given up and turned the CB off.

I'll be going back across the Panhandle again in the morning. It will be a little later, maybe 10am EST before I even get to Pensacola.

@88 Alpha what do you know about these guys. I have seen them lately here on my neck of the woods. They sure do have a top shape equipment. 20190828_204751.jpg

Oh yeah, I managed everything off and all my pickups done. One thing that I’m not liking is the changing start times in the morning. One morning might be 3am the next might be 9 or 6 or 5. I am really not a fan of that, it hurts trying to get into a routine where I’m getting enough rest. Was scheduled for 9 this morning and just got a text to not be in till 0930. I notice the schedule rotates who comes in later to be fair but I know it’s just to keep hours managed. Can’t fault them for that. It’s a new system that I’ll have to learn and hope it doesn’t have any long term negative side effects.

I don't know ANYTHING about them. I've never seen them. Arab is north or northeast Alabama. Used to be several large car hauling operations in that area (not sure if they're there anymore). That's obviously not a car hauler trailer, but it's possible they haul car parts from Mexico to the different car plants in Alabama and just over into Georgia.

For the record, that is pronounced A-rab, not like those in the Middle East "air-ub".
