Completed orientation last Tuesday. Took everything home with me and got a couple of bags packed.
Called the mentor rep. to see if they have found someone yet.
Got called last Thursday and was told there still looking for someone.
Well it's now Thursday and nothing so far. I've call them up and left a few messages.
Not sure what's going on at that end, maybe there just short handed atm. on mentors.
I really don't want to be calling them up every day and leaving messages, I don't want to end up annoying them.
Got a question for anyone that knows how swifts driver mentoring works.
Do they typically try to find someone that is in the same area where the trainie is?
Anyone have any idea's or suggestions that might help me out.
I really want to get my 200 hrs going.
Swift, waiting for a driver mentor

Trainers are in short supply at most companies. I would keep calling every 2 or 3 days to check in and ask about a trainer. Keep it polite & happy. Don't recount everything. If they want you stop calling they will say so.

It was ok a back 4 yrs ago when I was there. She was a rider for about a year before we checked on it. Might have changed since Knight took over. Why don't you just give them a call?
