Have to change settings in two places, not just cruise control. Just like setting top speed.

Shop is off today. Can have him do it sunday/monday. Or just submit question to DTNA. They're good about walking you through something.

Unfortunately I’m not the one who will be doing it. That guy is actually a FL tech from the local dealer.

Found this on Detroit forum. It'll help your guy to find the parameters.

Two parameters are required to make it work, one for the SamCab (source address 33) to send the message to interrupt cruise when wipers/headlights/etc on. The other is the CPC to watch for the cruise interrupt signal from the module, change CC Pause Switch from "Ccvs3" TO "Ccvs2 or Ccvs3." Screenshot of your vin server config attached.

By default the Cpc is watching from Ccvs3 (SA49 which is your MSF/ steering controls cruise switches) and not watching for a signal from the SamCab 33.
