Corect me if I am wrong, but isn't the ag380 kenworths 4 bag suspension, if so it should ride sweet, better than any of the 8 bag ones.
One time I ought shocks at KW for my sleeper, they sold me monroe instead of the original paccar shocks. it rode terrible, I changed back to paccar and the differnce was night and day.

Then something isn't right, it should have a softer ride than I like and I like a good riding truck.
It could be the trailer, the way the trailer is loaded, fifth wheel, what ever but something is not right.

    Muddydog79 Thanks this.

We have a 96 357 Pete dump that literally beats me to death. If I drive that truck all day and have to go way off road all day to get loaded it takes me 4 days to get my neck straitened out again afterwards.
Of course off road its going to be rough and this truck has no cab suspension. So the driver feels every jolt.

Then get on the road and it has a 45 MPH shake. And its bad enough to where if your climbing a grade and can't get past 45 you have to slow down to 40MPH.

I kind of believe its from out of balance tires. The reason being this truck is bad to lock up and slide the back tires. It has no dryer so it builds up water in the air system unless you blow the tanks off 4 times a day.
Even new tires are not going to stay perfectly round for very long.

I really believe balanced tires and cab suspension would help this particular truck a lot.
And of course the dryer to keep the moisture out of the air system.:biggrin_255:

Adjust how much air pressure your running in the airbags. Sounds like there too stiff.

Ask any logger. Drive tires last 12-18 months. You can buy the most expensive tires or cheap Chinese tires. They last about the same. May as well go into the winter haul months with fresh tires.
