Personally I like the wilson combo trailers.
I am not a fan of all aluminum trailers, and generally for the same spec trailer, they are just 500 pounds lighter than a combo. -
I lost 1,000 switching from a Great Dane to Reitnouer. That's a lot.Bigrigmayo93 and JonJon78 Thank this.

Same here. Although I have 3 full size boxes and a dunnage rack on my Reitnouer now compared to 2 full size boxes on my old Great Dane... Its about #900 for me now... I'll take it though.ProfessionalNoticer, Bigrigmayo93 and Bean Jr. Thank this.

I know guys with similar tractors to me, although he could be heavier or lighter. Longer frame and Cat engine, vs Detroit in mine, but I have bigger tanks and 60" sleeper compared to 42" for him. Not having the box nor rack to put the kit in and having aluminum dolly instead of steel, he saves nearly 1,500 over me.Bigrigmayo93 and JonJon78 Thank this.

What is your gross empty full on fuel?
With my pete 389 w/ X15 pulling 48 Reitnouer I'm right at 34k. That's with enclosed headache rack and APU...cke Thanks this. -
Great danes are generally heavy, I was talking wilson, and for the same spec trailer, it seemed like there was just 500 pounds difference, but I have slept since then.
Personally I would give up a thousand over an all aluminum, we seem to break them, and I don't care if they are east, western, or any other brand. -
Hey I'm still pulling a 1996 that has hauled steel its whole life.stayinback, brsims, cke and 1 other person Thank this. -
I'm about 32,500 with fuel. W900L with Detroit and side kit on the trailer.JonJon78 Thanks this.
