The Department of Employment, Division of Labor Standards received a complaint that Bart was not paying proper wages to his help and sent an agent out to investigate him.
In a demanding tone, the agent said, "I need a list of your employees and how much you pay them."
Bart replied, "Well, there's two hired hands I pay $250 a week plus free room and board. Then there's the mentally challenged guy. He works about 18 hours every day and does about 90% of all the work around here. He makes about $10 per week and pays his own room and board. I do buy him a bottle of bourbon every Saturday night so he can cope with life and he gets to sleep with my wife occasionally.
Sensing an opportunity to assess a big fine, the agent said, "That's the guy I want to talk to... The mentally challenged one."
Bart answered, "That would be me."

Off Subject,
I'm on Wicomico street, (Have a regular customer there twice a month)..
Am I very Bad for Running Russell up to Pratt over to President down to Fleet over to Boston st over to I-95 or the Beltway Just to Avoid the $$$$$$$ Tunnel?

From 70 695-95 Washington blvd North over to Bush to Wicomico....

Im Terrible- Doing it for a few years now- What that $35-$40 bucks now? Was like $8 dollars before.

Im usually grabbing something on broening,Holabird or North point blvd going back to chicago- So you see what im saying ,lol

 

And therein lies the true challenge.

 

If 4 were never shut down we’d be way ahead.

 

The tunnel I think is $24. But I'm not positive cause I use EZ pass. But the way you go out is what I would do and just jump 695 on the south side back to 70 if I had to pay the toll.
