Plotting new information re: possible return to Big rigging. Medical items

I spoke with my clinic doctor today.

The goal is to return to trucking without being locked out of pain management. Trucking as he understood it says no narcotics period as of 1 1 2018 which we understood previously.

He indicated that his Provider of CBD oil product, a skin lotion type situation without THC in it (I took another 900 dollar urine test, if that CBD has a molecule of THC in it, we all go to jail... /half sarcasm) it should be negative.

The CBD according to his knowledge is understood to be legal for driving or equiptment or whatever it has not influence against the brain blood barrier etc. There should be no problem if I have that with me in the brief case rolling a semi. (I would find it useful for trucking related palsy in the steering hand (Left) which sometimes acts up now and then among other issues.

Another Nurse explained that Arkansas through CDC has effectively Banned Demerol in any form to anyone without a very excessively intense challenge by the DEA and state if any doctor here issues a dose for say a migraine in the muscle. Wait 30 minutes and it's cleared out. With that policy effective roughly October of last year in internal memos where the nurse worked here in the major little rock hospital it seems to me that there is no replacement for short term head problems that can and is cleared up in a hour provided CT scans and so forth are clear.

Has anyone in medical found that they are denied access to older medicines that work well of that class in a Hospital or doctor situation?

Where I am sitting right now is dealing with the heart. I will under go scanning and build a new picture to replace the previous old ones from years ago, and there is new imaging technology into 4K and beyond so we expect to see what it says.

That scan will determine for final diagnosis if there is anything that will specifically prohibit me from obtaining DOT medical.
