Hope you have an empty trailer in your back pocket cuz there are 6+ guys here including us needing 1 because there arent any her . Yet the Brewery wont give anyone any, even though they dont have any fn loads for us....how the #### does that make sense???

 

Empties seem to be hard to come by everywhere. I delivered glass to the brewery in Milwaukee this morning and I knew better than to even bother asking for an empty there. Went to West Allis and none there either. Went up to Richfield and hooked up to the only empty there, only to be given a load out of XPO so I left the empty behind. Of course there's tons of them at XPO for all the good it does you guys.

Oh well... Maybe I'll pretend that I'm a first week student and do the Millis 500 all day tomorrow. Vroom vroom!

 

Wasn't the nastiest dock at NAB, but I suppose we just wanted to get it docked so we could go back and watch the game.

 

Maybe there is an empty or 2 at Wayne Madison yard?

 

I have never seen an empty there.

 

They're all some level of nasty. Whoever designed that place needs to be waterboarded.... Forever.

You guys still here? I'm at the Wayne Madison yard. Not sure if I should hang out here and wait for the inevitable Miller load or go to the terminal.

 

We just got a load and at the brewery. We got a monster 567 mile load that delivers fn Monday in South Carolina and they said thats the best they have. 567 miles between Friday at 130pm till Monday at 0700....absolutely bs .

 

Makes sense that it’s a little slow this week since most people took last weekend and off and this weekend there are more of us working.

That being said will be taking my first 34 this weekend since starting here at Millis.
Going to an escape room tonight, marching band show tomorrow, along with watching my fantasy football team crush the opposition.
