Shaking motor with new ega

need any ideas I have a 09 D16 Volvo with only 100k miles on a complete crate motor and I get a shake in the motor when the new EGR is plugged in and stopped when unplugged it have a new turbo, EGR, new cam, rockers, injectors, ECM, map, and all the censors on the motor and even a EGA cooler and Volvo quiet helping to try and fix the problem so any ideas will help
