Any good companys to lease on to? Or any flatbed stepdeck dispatchers. I have my own authority but the load boards suck! Kinda want stability and good pay, any recommendations? Thanks in advance

just prepare yourself. you will not have the high pay weeks you can have with your own authority, but you also wont have the low weeks either. There are times when i miss the great fuel discounts, the cheaper labor rates for service, and the steady pay on all miles that i had leased to Dart(van). Yes i only made about 1.35/mile, but my fuel was about 50 cents cheaper, and i never deadheaded more than 100miles( usually only 30 or so, if at all). The only real big thing i miss is the available freight.Tug Toy Thanks this.

NHH, a division of Medallion Transport, runs a few steps I think, they're mainly Heavy Haul/specialized. Last i heard it was 75% of gross pay to the O/O with decent discounts on fuel/service/parts under their Medallion Transport umbrella.
Guf Thanks this. -
One you might check out, if they are still there is White trucking or maybe it was white brothers, that I used to use some out of spokane. They are heavy haul and stepdeck and used to be some good people to work with. I had my own authority and just pulled some loads through them, but talked to a couple of oo's that was pleased with their deal too.Guf Thanks this.
