    2012 freightliner Cascadia ac problems.
    at high speeds and get cold air, at an idle warm or very little cool air.
    I have replaced the condenser, and the dryer, and had the system charged.
    now what??

    As crazy as it may sound- check the cabin air filter and replace it. Also, as previous poster asked, is the fan on? Truck not running hot? Does the airflow increase and air temp decrease if you keep it at 1500RPM at idle?

    Cascadia has two motorized vanes that close and open cold and hot air flow. Sometimes they get broken and get stock in middle position.

    Cascadia also has a reset feature for the bcm. I would have tried that first. It's free and instructions are on youtube.

    It's a common problem that the reset always fixes.
