    I showed up to speak to the TM but that place is buttoned down shut with super high razor wire fences & they said on intercom to wait for an email from the Arkansas office before they could even talk to me...

    Yeah everything goes through corporate at first. The next step is to wait for an email letting you know to expect a call within 1-2 business days. That call will be a recruiter who goes over the job description and tells you the pay rates. After that it gets kicked over to the local terminal for the manager to review your app and reach out to set up an interview.
