Waiting for reload. Waiting for reload. Waiting for reload. Ugh...
This is the part of trucking I hate. Especially the, I don't get layover until after 24 hours and they've still got 5 hours to find something, part.
359 miles to Winnipeg. They've sent me almost twice as far from CO to KS to pick up a load (granted that was oversize, but still).
If I had any hint of anything back home moving south (especially 3+ days) and I decided where the truck went, you can bet I would have bounced long before this point. By the time I get anything now, I'll be stuck at least a day on Sunday wherever it goes assuming it is delivering more than 2 days away.
Even something like Sioux Falls to Regina to get me back on the other side of the border. It's almost 1pm, anywhere I can pick up will be closed in a few hours.Al. Roper, PoleCrusher, Tall Mike and 12 others Thank this. -
Tell them move you further and if they day the owner doesnt want to tell them the owners nor the one operating right now and you need out of there.

Little update on the thirteen letter #### spreader at home.
Dad took the drive shafts down to a place to have them checked.
The front shaft needed balancing.
The middle shaft had a bend in it that they straightened and then balanced.
The one between the diffs was balanced as well.
Havebt heard yet if it's not shaking but I'm willing to bet it fixed it or drastically reduced it.Al. Roper, PoleCrusher, Tall Mike and 15 others Thank this. -
