Ok #1 not enough info, a starter truck, if the miles are low enough looks solid.
#2 throw it away, crap tarp system and too much for the miles
#3 is a work horse, 18 sp, 475 shes built to pull hevey. A little high on the miles and the cabs dirty but she looks strong.
#4 needs more info, looks good, hoist controls are goofy, but if the miles are low enough, could be a moving up truck, will do light and hevey duty, kinda big for small residetal work.
The last needs more info, solid style, good tarp, if the underbody is clean, and the miles are low enough it is a good middle ground starter.

Personaly, i would be between the solid last one and the 4th one, wouldnt want a 18 speed for local work, but the tag might come in handy
