i here you on the team. here you run no teams. you also dont work pass at the max 5.5 days. i got off monday afternoon around 6pm. i just felt lazy and didnt want to work to 11pm. i go back into work on thursday. so you will always enjoy 2 full days off for reset. im full time so i know my days of extending are coming. so since freight is slow. im taking more to my self.

I have all those things now. I really just am tired of teaming I guess. And also touching the freight. I wouldn’t even have considered moving if it hadn’t been Wal-Mart. My current partner that I have ran with for the last seven years is out on FMLA. And I’m thinking he isn’t coming back. So add it all up. Here I come. I couldn’t afford to just move to any company.!But it’s Walmart. I’m not one to shy away from a challenge. I’m excited. But nervous.

I think I will be okay. It’s like riding a bike. Right?

Not one bit, most relaxed company out here. We're not a trucking company, we're a retail operation with trucks, is what was told to me when I hired on. They can't force you to work more than your 5 days, work week extension is voluntary and they ask for people to extend if they want. When you do it's only a half a day and when they offer extensions you get a bonus on top of your work for the day. You can always ask to extend anytime you want tho. Never will you be pushed to do anything here

truckdriver31 and Nervous Nelly Thank this.
