I'm fairly certain it's not the kind of thing that can be cleaned.
-
It's just a plunger. I just figured since it's on the floor with all the dirt, grime etc that it might help. Thanks
-
Plunger usually sticks closed and brakes are on, not the other way around....at least that has been my experience
-
I was referring to the pressure transducer that should turn the lights on. Are you talking about the brakes not actuating or the lights not coming on until you have lots of brake pressure applied?
-
I have to almost stand on it to the floor for lights to come. Brakes are activating just fine
-
There should be a plug in device in the system that activates the lights. It should probably be replaced.
2007 9400 brake light switch adjustment??Heavyd and Kevin Mack Thank this. -
Your brake light switch is worn out.
If the brakes and pedal are fuctioning properly then the switch is bad.
