    What's available for a driver with
    2 years experience
    X endorsement
    Twic and passport.
    I just recently got a ticket for no seatbelt.
    I had the upper portion behind my back.
    My mvr will only have this seat belt ticket.
    But on my psp I had a weight violation over a year ago.
    Last but not least I have a recent 2nd degree misdemeanor.
    I'm wanting to see whats available otr.
