Do they still say MILLIS TRANSFER on them? Are the new trailers they receiving still labled as MILLIS TRANSFER? Pretty sure MILLIS TRANSFER is here to stay for the long term.

I hope for your sake it never does but these things can take time. When we bought overnite 15 years ago nothing changed except the uniform for the first few years and then changed started to be implemented and to this day when I talk to the upsf guys it's becoming more and more like ups as time goes on. Just be ready for possible changes and how you will adapt to them should they start to happen.

Hey there Bazooka. Maybe take a drive up to BRF and ask for Dave. You may have a change in attitude as to who does and who doesn't care about their drivers and co-workers. Easy to judge a man without meeting and talking with him. Thanks and Drive Safe. Dave

I do have to say that all the Millis drivers getting super defensive shows how much of a starter company it is with inexperienced drivers. Not saying there is anything wrong with that because we all had a first day and a first company...we were all new once. Why they refuse to accept that things will probably change and not for the better is what shows the newness. I retired from a company that bought many other companies (ups) and they always change. Anyone remember Emory air freight? We bought them for their shipping rights into China because they had a better deal than us....I don't think there is a single remnant of that company left let alone anyone that remembers them like 15 years later and they had one of the best shipping contracts from China so it wasn't like it was a small lil fly by night company. Overnite trucking. Bought that for 50 million dollars so again not some lil company and pretty much all the overnite drivers bailed because of the changes even tho their pay went up and benefits got better. Remember RPS? DHL bought them and they are no more. I hope for the sake of everyone working there that they get a few more good years but y'all need to shut your mouths and open your ears...lot of guys with a lot more experience that might have an idea on how this is gonna shake out try to give advice...just saying they are wrong when you have NO idea if they are(because those decisions are WAY above your pay grade) isn't gonna help you in the long run.

Change is inevitable in any business. Without change NO business' would continue to be profitable. If there were no changes in business where would we be? Still moving freight with a horse and buggy?
