That's what happens when they let finance come up with the list. I think another dept. should be doing the list. I told them I would be interested in seeing how much $ was "saved" verses money spent in the rise of T/S accidents due to the crappy spots they picked out for us to fuel at. U remember back when we could fuel at the J in carlisle, now its just the pilot there which sux to get around is always packed. Usually a 30min minimum to get fuel there as well. Oh well.....I better watch it I'm gonna sound like I'm not in love. Lol, I love you USA
rumor has it the 09 fuel network which is due out soon will have some j's in it. how can you drive out west and not fuel at a j. thats just plain wrong
You boys need to just drive the trucks and let management make the decisions, OK? You're a driver, they're the managers, got it?
Tomorrow is last day of Orientation in Van Buren. Now starts the waiting for a trainer. Sure am ready to get in a truck.
Just got off 1st trainer truck. Drove 63 hours in 8 days. Had no problems with getting a load. My trainer was female and really knew her stuff. Sittin in Van Buren waiting on 2nd trainer now. Not sure how the team driving is gonna play out. Really tight quarters with 2 people in the truck. I have 112 hours left to drive b4 upgrade. Upgrade test seems like overkill but whatever they want.
it does seem like overkill but with the amount of dumb accidents that they were having before the new upgrade test just helps them weed out some more bad drivers that might have gotten thru under the old system.
