I been wearing them for about 5 years.
My wrist is green and the copper is really wearing down.
I don’t know what shape I’d be in if I didn’t wear it and I still need to take an ibuprofen every now and then.

yes, but remember where you had that shot....in a warmer, tropical environment. all year round..any snow, cold there..???? i think not.

you are in the states now, you ain't gonna get that very same weather here, or even up in Canada if that's where your company sends you.

once the cold, icy weather hits, you will be needing more frequent shots.
