Preventable accidents

Where is your location and what type trucking do you prefer?

Yes should of got pictures. Tell police you have a right to get pictures, or take your phone and make them get some, see how that goes! Probably would have walked you over get them.
Like others said marks may have already been there and she just wants it fixed for free, plus some.
Never know now though.

I am confused a bit, doesn’t drivers get accident kits with a camera or at lease a check list to go through to protect themselves?

 

if it was a tow away. then pretty bad.
