2013 volvo D13 starting issue

So what exactly happened? Did you ever figure out the issue? Was it the injectors?

 

I have the sameproblem but I don't have any codes. Do any of you guys with this problem have any codes?

 

Also is there a chance this problem could be caused by bad batteries?

 

fuel injectors are not the main reason with engine hard starting..at first check the fuel pressure feed if the pump working normal.

 

Sad thing is, most diesel injectors use copper sealing washers around the nozzle.
This is a good find if it holds up

 

So did you use a actual copper washer or copper gasket maker?

 

In my case was fuel filter housing check them for leaks also I changed check valves

 

What check valve? Where is it located?
Fuel filter housing? The one on engine or the Davco hanging out front?
