If you're in Washington, I'm surprised you didnt look at Central Oregon. I cant remember if they take new drivers, but I though about them because somebody on here was looking at them a while back

I'll keep them on the future list. They said no until I get dome experience. They did have a excellent market campaign and good reviews ..

Funny thing is, every time I see a P&S truck, it looks like ####. I'm not talking about not having shiny chrome. I'm talking beat up, none repaired accident damage, hasn't been washed in a year, kinda look. If they dont care about a six figure piece of equipment, they most certainly dont care about the operator...

You can tell a lot about a company by the way they spec their trucks, and which trucks they buy. Companies that buy Prostars, I wouldnt touch.
Now dont get me twisted, I'm not a fan of chrome. It's a work truck. But have a little pride in the things you do and how you are perceived. Otherwise you might as well be pulling intermodal.

I guess. They look halfway decent to me. They've got pretty modern equipment, especially those new blue KWs they're working with. Every company has drivers that dont take care of their trucks and every company has drivers that maintain.

I dont doubt it. Just an observation that I have made. You wont find a messed up truck with TMC or ATS. Cant argue with their successful business models. 27% isnt bad, especially to start a career.

Geez i see nasty looking ATS all the time. Very rare a TMC. P and S definitely has it going on. No forced dispatch, percentage pay, pretty good home time according to my friend

Good to hear. Just like your enlistment, go over your contract. And then just enjoy it... they pay well, so dont rush it, take your time and enjoy the wonderful scenery( I love being in the that area).
    Semper Fi, and good luck
