    Thanks for all the kind words. I'm not trying to be a beauty queen. Just want to look good in my clothes. Plus since I will have to work until I'm 104 I gotta be fit.

    Message_1564537497346.jpg ] I never had to worry about what I ate all my life. Iron stomach and a metabolism that wouldn't slow down. But Truck driving is brutal on the old waistline.

    I don't eat anything funny. Just no sugar no bread no pasta no rice no starchy veges. Sugar withdrawal was about a week long. Its amazing how little I had to change to do this.

    Here's my grocery haul.

    If youre ever up in Allen TX on a Saturday stop in at Cabelas. Theres a guy there that sells pork rinds that are air fried. Taste better than the Mac brand you just bought

    Went through divorce about 2 yrs ago went from 160 up to 198 lbs lol back to 160 again.

    Mac is the only brand at Wal-Mart. I try to get good ones when I can . thanks for tip.

    Fyi turkey bacon is ugh. I bought it because it was supposed to microwave easily but since then I got an electric skillet and when I'm at the terminal I fry up a bunch of the real stuff.

    Thats what my wife used to buy me till she found the ones at Cabelas. Now she gets me 2-3 big bags of his when I tell her I need some more.

    I was forced on to the low carb food many years ago
    Hard to get it at truck stops /Cstores
    Combined with walking/jogging 20 minutes a day lost 50 pounds in 1 year.
    Bought smaller clothes
    People wonder if your tweaking get smaller
