Update on Knee pain !

Funny..... when I had my “Only” cortisone shot for my rotator cup in my shoulder........ it went into effect within minutes. Lasted about 8 months or so(been a long time ago). Within that time I found out the downfall about it and never took another shot again. I’m doing everything the natural holistic way now.

 

Amen. Nothing like an ice wind cutting you to the bone in Seoul or Incheon. I spent plenty of time in Korea in all seasons. The only thing that sucks more than winter is that oppressive humid summer heat.

 

What was the downfall?

 

Your body gets immune to it quickly. Does more harm. Like heroin, you need more and more each time and the effect don’t last as long as the first time you shot up.

 

I got one in my back a few years ago and it honestly didn't do a #### thing except hurt like hell going in. I have heard everything from miracle cure that lasts forever to exactly what you said with needing more and more to people like me where it did nothing. That stuff is all over the place on if and how it works.

 

You posted yesterday that your doctor said your Cortisone was gonna go into effect in a few days, how so if you just posted you had the shot in January in the Philippines? Let’s see..... we are at the end of September....... ....... am I missing something here ? Please correct me here.......
