    Once you get your cdl, it will be classed a major violation, anything 15 over is, and one more major would get you a vacation from your cdl for a spell., unless it has been changed.

    Rather not give out personalized info about this TBH. I don't want to pay for the school and get failed or kicked out because the instructor reads this blog. Ya never know....
    I am not legally barred by Colorado or federal regs from getting a CDL or driving over any of this though.

    Here in Colorado if I fight it it is a 4 point violation if I mail it in it is 2 points and I don't have to pay the court costs. Feel stupid over it though. I borrowed a car and because it had big tires and the speedo hadn't been adjusted that isn't what the speedo said. :(

    Don't count on Canada, they have a file on you at the border. You will be better off never trying Canada.

    We would go to Canada quite a few times however there is that pause that gets longer as they review our files. Have all the time in the world. However 9-11 did some damage.
