Aside from what Shooter already suggested, the blower may be hooked up backwards and is creating suction instead of positive pressure.
Also, the driver may have hooked things up wrong, or used the valves wrong and pushed the wrong way past a broken check valve (they do have to be inspected, lol).

Yeah, moved to a flat deck outfit back in August. Got tired of Paul's and not working. Made maybe 45 hours a week for three months and didn't like tanker work.
Very glad I've made the move back to deck. New boss is already really happy with me and I'm really happy with her and her company. -
You should spend more time out in the central states. There's a Foltz truck on every highway in ND, SD, MN and IA. Every truck is exactly the same. White mid roof long shack pulling a tandem hopper.
