I did a Mac 30 this morning b4 leaving for final.
Picking up in woodland ca tomorrow and delivering in commerce ca on monday.
My dl is on vacation all this week. He might have got a tcall on it. But didn't take it.
When I got to final... planners sent me the Utah load.
Mac 30 is a hit and miss for me but I always check

Mac 30 has always been hit and miss.
And it should be the other way around.

If we have access to it, it should give us the choice loads.
Too often it gives the garbage loads they are trying to get rid of.
    This time I got lucky.

And sometimes it is best to turn down what you don't like in the hopes of something better later.
That happens to me more often than getting something great from mac 30.

    dptrucker Thanks this.

Problem I'm having with Mac 30 is cancelling the offer AFTER I select a load. Has happened twice so far this week.

Yeah.... I always thought that Mac 30 was loads that drivers were not accepting. So they put it on there to see if anyone takes it.
I accepted loads from Mac 30 b4 and also have no.problems refusing or ignoring loads that don't fit the way I run

    FerrissWheel and Moosetek13 Thank this.

Steve ... That happened to me a couple of times. One time the load came back an hour later. Other times I called the planner - when we still could - to find out what gives, the load was still available and had it assigned to me.

    dwells40 Thanks this.

Because what is in the mac 30 load offer is not always what is in the next load assignment when accepting it.

    The details can change.

My sister just opened a mail to me from... someone.
It is about a class action lawsuit in CA against Swift, and I am opted in with no will of my own.
It sounds like Swift settled and is paying.

And if I want to opt out of this thing, I have to jump through all sort of hoops to do so.

It seems it is one of those 'I don't get paid for everything I do' things.
I am SO sick of that crap!

If a check comes to me from this lawsuit, I plan to sign it over to Swift.
I don't know what hoops I will go through to do so, but it is better than taking a cry baby payment.

    FerrissWheel and dwells40 Thank this.
