If I’m gonna hit the two lanes and just enjoy the view, best believe I’ve got Dwight Yoakam playing on the radio.

Looks like about a 35 ton or so mechanical drop, in which case the machine shouldn’t have even been on there like SH said.

At least with a hydraulic RGN you’d have the option of raising it.

Yuck. I had a skid of those on my wagon today. Thankfully they were short enough to be able to spin them inside since they went to a place that unloads from the ground.

There’s that ‘80’s gold again. Don’t think I’ve seen that paint scheme before though. I wonder if it’s factory.

Last year for the 359. RIP Corvette dash and hoar door

Well, heading home. Ole monster has a hicup. I have to figure it out. Thinkin weak squirter, broke injector spring, rockertappet, cam roller eating cam lobe, of even worse cylinder issue. Been doing it for a week just can't put my finger on it.

    Kinda. sorta. maybe.
I was stationed in San Diego and I like it. It's just hideously expensive.

Can't say I've heard of a company that doesn't pay empty miles for a company driver. Every mile I drive pays the same unless oversize. Most reasonable companies will also pay layover if you sit a certain amount of time waiting for them to get it in gear (mine is $100 per 24 hours).

But I lucked out, before I left Whitehorse they had a reload of oil pipe out of Nelson River, BC for tomorrow afternoon. Going to Brooks, AB for Tuesday morning. Going to reset in Fort St. John.

I just didn't have the time to make it to the other side of Summit Pass nor do I really feel like driving through bison-infested areas at night.

Dark brown animal the size of a small moose that groups in herds in the middle of the highway around tight curves. Not my idea of fun.
