Truck currently has a grass burner exhaust. I'm idly wondering if it is possible (or a good idea) to route a dual exhaust system up the back of the sleeper? Or a single stack with a dummy stack for looks?

This isn't a project I'm actually working on or anything, just speculation. I like the looks of dual stacks behind the sleeper is all.

Giver. Grass burner exhaust stink up things especially when it's cold and no wind. Trust me I have one. Added bonus you like the looks of the stacks.
