HI I was buying my Columbia with cat c13 kcb nov/2009 with 470000 now 1444000 miles and still running without rebuild.mpg =6.6 . psi start 35 driving45-50 psi.i still happy with this engine little troubles nothing bad

I have one and work on a fleet of them. They have been very reliable. 380 and lower seem doggy, if possible uprate to the 500hp. Economy seems to vary with gearing. 6 to 7 is what I think you should expect, maybe more depending on your driving.
Warm oil pressure idle about 20
Warm driving at 1200 about 35
45 to 50 at max rpm.
Most problems I fix with the engine are valve actuator connectors and water pumps, most are failing with 16000 hrs, and getting over 22000hrs in mixers before rebuilds.Oxbow Thanks this. -
i have 500hp from Mr
