Without that guard, it would have been a lot worse, for the truck, that is. I wonder if those crappy plastic faded headlights might have restricted the night vision some.

well looking at the GPS klm/mph, he was doing "about" 60..had that been a deer that deer would have been knocked into next week, (i know, i've hit a deer at 70)...being like a what, 1,000+ moose..??

As far as I know, moose are the only large animal that eyes do not reflect light, they are sometimes very hard to see at night when you are just feet from them, the reason we all run BIG off road lights up here. lol

Sad thing is the POS Cascadia was not totalled. Now that POS will keep running a few more years.
