    If they train through a bottom feeder company they are gonna have to stay there long enough to pay training off while getting low wages

    Good luck to y'all hope goes well. I just got done after 34 years trucking to take a job like yours. No way I would do it again in today's times.

    Thanks, I appreciate your honesty. I'm still not sure I'm gonna do it. After 32 years of being a Mechanic... I'm just tired of it.

    You are bored of it now but it's what you know and there is a good chance that you will miss it. I did it with driving, been in trucking since I was 17 and took a year off to go weld and now I'm back in a truck.

    My Wife & I should be a trucking companies ideal team.... we dont drink, dont smoke, dont do drugs, squeaky clean driving record, never been arrested or in prison.
