PS
The guy that bought my 2nd truck spent $10,000 curing the EGR problem and counting. He seems to have now gone out of business.
Attention all company drivers!!!

I quitting Schneider like Sunday or Monday. I waited to get my signing bonus first and now using my vacation from Tues thru Saturday. And I'm thinking come back Sunday and quit quietly when 1 lower ranking person is working the office. But would that not qualify as returning to work following PTO? Schneider has a policy you must be at work actively your last day to get paid vacation. Or should I just go on duty but change my Nat to Tues and turn in my truck to the maintenance shop for check engine light on. That should qualify me as returned from vacation but waiting at the OC for repairs.... Hmmm any suggestions on how to do this? I just don't want them scamming me out of my vacation pay I will be taking

We need to unite and get the teamsters involved.
I have brought unions into two other companies in the dairy industry. I know how to do this and with cell phones communicating is easier than ever. Texting. Emails. Twitter etc.
First. Go to your local teamsters chapter in your home town. Explain to them what your intentions are. You'll get fliers. Go to Kinko's. If they're still around, somewhere to make 500 copies. Pass them out at trk stops. Get off your ### and walk around to hand them out. Put them on windshields. Slide in to doors, whatever.
Make a new email account. Add this to flier.
Remain quiet as to who you are. If we can get drivers to do this across the nation and respond we are well on our way. We take it from there. It's the first step.
We NEED TO DO THIS!! This is no joke.
Respond to me and we can take it from here.
Once we have fliers floating around, drivers will know this is no joke. Any company interferes go straight to the labor and civil rights board.
So, we do this and we can kick the crap out of these carriers that have screwed us all at one point or another and get the pay we deserve along with benefits, etc...no #### whiners.
Or sit back and continue to get screwed right in bung hole.
Let's do this drivers!!!! Now's the Time!!izifaddag Thanks this. -
