Polar makes good trailers, as does Brenner. And they have a massive service network.

11lb/gal, 45K = 4090 gal so it would fit and if freezing is not a problem the un-insulated tank would work

I usually pull 7000 gallon polars. With my truck I tare 33,000 lbs. 45k load usually puts me around 78k gross.

If you don’t have a big pump you can just open the dome up top and load it that way. Offloading your best bet is prob just to air it off if you don’t have a pump or PTO etc. prob have shop air you can use. Doesn’t take much more than 6-8 psi to move the stuff although 15-25 psi is commonplace and a bit faster.

I told them the price of a new one before they agreed to this. Found one in Kansas City, Kansas. 7,000 gallon Polar insulated. They told me to go ahead with the purchase. I started the paper work this past week on it. Should have it in the first half of November. You all have been a great help to me on this.

Jwhis, npok and scythe08 Thank this.

Your right, Walkers are heavy. We have at Button mostly Walkers and West Marks. 6,800 gallon tanks same spec. Same pump. Same everything. West Marks weigh 11,360 and the Walkers 12,220. 860 pounds different. West Marks do have a problem with barrels twisting. But all in all, If I had a choice I'd take a West Mark.

Since it’s not going to be a flammable load, the best way to unload it is to air it off. There should be a air hookup commonly called a Chicago fitting somewhere on the trailer. You hook up a compressed air hose and build up the air pressure in the trailer( usually around 15-20 psi) and unload the liquid.

This thread confused the hell out of me. So the company wants to drop the cash on a 65k plus trailer just to fill with water and drive around the yard?

His second post, (#3) states that they are a "We are a not for hire. We load new trailers to the weight we need and leave them on there for testing." So that leads me to believe they are either a training facility, or are testing some type of tractor function.
I would suggest the OP contact gas well drillers, and try to get a load of salt brine, rather than water. Water will freeze and could rupture the valve, even though the tank itself is insulated. Added bonus for brine is it is heavy, so you won't load as full, getting more surge, assuming that is what is desired.
