Where are they made?

 

I've learned my lesson on caps. If it's not virgin it's not going on anything of mine. Those re caps should be banned from everything except off road equipment. All they are good for is to blow apart and tear stuff up.

I do not recall where the Marithons were made. Only 15" but they all blew out. China has a new bad taste to me. The first bad taste is Communism. No one cares people work their lives away for a bowl of rice a day. People in other countries lose their jobs because their countrymen buy the less expensive product.
Now I want to buy some 205 75R 14 tires that are rated at 1750 lbs or better. Not made in China or Indonesia. Tires I can trust to run at 70 MPH if needed. Others appear to be out of business.
I got sucked into these are just as good before. Then had to drive half way across a state to rescue my wife on a Sunday.

 

Now you learned that recaps have a 50% failure rate. Even more so when running long haul, heavy, or in high heat.
Get over to Pomp's in Indiana they have good prices on new tires like Yokohama last I was there for $230 plus fet each.
