Can't say I've ever seen one, lol. But they drive red Volvos and pull white vans, so I probably have but never took notice.
Actually, now that I think of it, might have gone around one on the Alaska Highway on my way back. He was running about 90 km/h and just let me by without protest.

The reason JB painted the chassis orange, was so people thought it was a Schneider when it was rolled over in a ditch.

Yes Sir, I’ve ate at the Shed many times in years past. I worked about all the RR bridges from New Orleans area all the way back to the bridge at Black Water in Milton, Florida. Another good BBQ is Moe’s down by Spanish Fort, Alabama area. BB’s was the King ding a ling if BBQ though, sadly he went bankrupt trying to save his son from drugs..... that was in Waveland & Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.1951 ford, Intothesunset, Feedman and 16 others Thank this.

We took PTO cover off this morning it has lots of bearing trouble for sure. All the gears are sharp but no chips -
Back here in the Midwest cabovers ruled the road. There were a lot of small and medium fleets that all ran cabovers. Seems like around here a conventional was the odd truck.

Didnt those ol JB cabovers have like a small cam 315 or some such engine in them?

You got it home though correct?
