Wayne Wagoneer bought the Wiggle Wagon Trucks but not the car haul division. A couple of months ( about 4 ? ) before they finally called it quits, Swift " spun it off " under new management and renamed it Blue Thunder. It was already too late. Wayne was buying those things from all over the place from anyone who had some. Had one on the yard in Moody Alabama that had been sitting in a field for a long time. It still had the mud on it and had sunk into the mud above the center of the axles on the trailer. The manufacturer of those things had gone out of business. Nu-Way iirc.

Actually were running three different names trying to please everyone. BMT ( mainly BMW ) Tri-Star ( because Mercedes Benz didn't like their cars on a Truck that was labeled BMT and was automatically associated with BMW ) and the name they are still running around with now, ( Precision Motor Transport Group iirc ). They might not be in business anymore ? IDK nor do I care. They were a horrible place to work at for a lot of people. They have/had a " defender " here who swung some heavy support their way, but there were more people who have had bad experiences working there than there were " cheerleader types ".
