Trip pak scanning and also the traditional trip pak envelopes(2nd day delivery), charge a minimum per month fee. The fee for the envelopes is ridiculous, but the minimum fee for scanning is quite reasonable(it is like $50 per month minimum, up to x number of scans.). The minimum for the envelopes is $300 per month.(so not worth it in my opinion)

All B.S. aside, if you only have a hand full of drivers. Experiment with 1 or 2 sending in pics of their BOL's
We do that for our customers that require signed BOL within a certain time frame. That is the only "free" way you can get images quickly.
For the rest of our paperwork that can wait we use Trip Pack envelopes that we buy directly from them. We give the driver a hand full and down the road he goes. The cost is about 1/2 of buying them from truck stops.
Other options can get costly depending on how you would use it.Andy All Kind Thanks this. -
