    In other words...

Any standard contract between any two parties?

I do not have a 'contract' with Swift, but simply an agreement.

They offered to pay me a certain amount for the work I do, which is paid by the miles I drive, It was generally understood by both parties that any duties I performed to accomplish those miles were included in that pay.
Certain things that take more than the usual amount of time are compensated for.
    Simple.

I did not go into it blind and unaware, and I agreed to it.

At Swift? Safety points are always added. The folks at the Swift safety department couldn't care less what any driver actually has to say. They are just following a formal procedure by calling you at all. They always sounded like they were reading from a script when they called me.

"Thank you for all you do." Click.

D.Tibbitt and MGE Dawn Thank this.

I've had a few following too close events. No safety points were added.

How many safety points is it when it takes a Swifty 20min to back into a spot?
