    Recent Class A CDL grad looking for a tanker / hazmat position without having to go over the road to get experience. Have a TWIC card as well. Have no problem driving a straight truck if required. Need to be home more often than an OTR driver. Ideally would like to deliver petroleum, propane or compressed air. Need to know something ASAP.

    Check out eagle transport. Their in spartanburg,sc but have few relay points a lil south. Theyll train you to haul fuel/chemicals and as long as you passed their requiremtnts on scoring out of school theyll bring you in with no exp

    Hey, thanks for responding. Things may have changed with them. They were actually the first ones I reached out to after getting my endorsements. I was told to come and see them in a year from now after gaining OTR experience. Frustrating. Let me know if you hear of others.

    Averitt is a good company, they have terminals all over SC for local and regional. My cousin started with them 15 years ago and is still there. They do flats and vans. Theyll hire if you have your cdl already.
